0 ႏိုင္ငံသားအခြင့္အေရးဆံုးရံႈးျခင္း

ကၽြန္ေတာ္သည္ အမွတ္(၅၃၈) ေရႊဝါထြန္းလမ္း (၆၈) ရပ္ကြက္ဒဂံုဆိပ္ကမ္းတြင္ သန္းေခါင္စာရင္းျဖင့္ ၂၀၀၈ ခုနွစ္မွ စတင္ေနထိုင္ခဲ့ျပီး ၂၀၁၀ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲတြင္လည္း မဲစာရင္းအမည္ ပါရွိခဲ့ပါသည္။

၂၀၁၂ ဧျပီ ၁ ရက္ေန႔တြင္က်င္းပမည့္ ၾကားျဖတ္ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲတြင္ ကၽြန္ေတာ္ အပါအဝင္ မိသားစုဝင္ ၅ ဦးစလံုး မဲစာရင္းတြင္ထည့္သြင္းထားျခင္းမရွိေၾကာင္း ေတြ႔ရွိရပါသည္။ ထိုသို႔ျဖစ္ရျခင္းကို ေမးျမန္းစံုစမ္းရာတြင္ NLD ပါတီနွင့္ ျပည္ခိုင္ျဖိဳး ပါတီ တို႔မွ မဲေပးခြင့္ရွိေသာ မိသားစုစာရင္းမ်ားကို လိုက္လံ ေကာက္ခံခဲ့ၾကေသာ္လည္း ရပ္ေက်း ေကာ္မရွင္မွ ေကာက္ခံခဲ့ျခင္း မရွိခဲ့ပါ။ ယူထားေသာစာရင္းမ်ားမွာလည္း ရပ္ကြက္အုပ္ခ်ဳပ္ေရးမွဴးမွ ေပးထားေသာ စာရင္းမ်ားသာျဖစ္ပါသည္ဟု ရပ္ေက်းေကာ္မရွင္ ဥကၠဌမွ ေျပာျပခဲ့ပါသည္။၄င္းကိုယ္တိုင္ကလည္း ထိုစာရင္းကို မစီစစ္ေၾကာင္း သိရွိိိိိခဲ့ပါသည္။

ရပ္ကြက္ NLD ရံုးတြင္ ထိုကိစၥအား အသိေပးေျပာၾကားရာ ဝယ္မိမိတို႔ မိသားစုဝင္ ၅ဦး အပါအဝင္ ရပ္ကြက္ အတြင္းရွိ လူေပါင္း ၁၇၀ ဦး မဲစာရင္းတြင္ မပါရွိေၾကာင္းကို NLD ရပ္ကြက္ တာဝန္ခံက ေျပာျပခဲ့ျပီး ၄င္းတို႔ အေနျဖင့္လည္း ထိုကိစၥ အား သက္ဆုိင္ရာသိုိ႔ အဆင့္ဆင့္ တင္ျပထားေၾကာင္းကို ေျပာၾကားခဲ့ပါသည္။

လူေနသိပ္သည္းမႈ မရွိေသာ (၆၈) ရပ္ကြက္ အတြင္း လူေပါင္း ၁၇၀ ဦး မဲစာရင္းတြင္ မပါရွိၾကျခင္း အျဖစ္မွာ အလြန္မင္း စိတ္ပ်က္ဖြယ္ရာ ျဖစ္လွ ပါသည္။ မိမိတို႔ မိသားစု အပါအဝင္ လူေပါင္း ၁၇၀ ဦး ဆႏၵမဲ ေပးခြင့္ မရျခင္းေၾကာင့္ နူိင္ငံသားအခြင့္အေရး ဆုံးရံႈး ရျခင္းကိုအမ်ားျပည္သူ အားလံုး သိရွိနူိင္ရန္ တင္ျပအပ္ပါသည္။

( မိမိတို႔ မိသားစု မ်ား မဲစာရင္းတြင္ မပါရွိၾကျခင္းကို သက္ဆုိင္ရာ ေကာ္မရွင္ အဆင့္ဆင့္ သို႔ ကၽြန္ေတာ္၏ ဖခင္ ျဖစ္သူ မွ အေၾကာင္းၾကားထားသည့္ မိတၱဴကို ပါ ပူးတြဲ တင္ျပလိုက္ပါသည္

Losing the right of citizen

For living in no.538,shwe wa tun street,68 quarter, dagon seik kan township since 2008,I had been listed to vote in the election [2010] in this quarter.

In the election which will be held in 1st april, 2012,it has been found that all of my family including me,5 persons were not listed for voting .In asking why it was happened, I knew that the members of the parties that will be elected, took the list of the people having the right to vote and living in 68 quarter in which only the half of area is settled there and the commission of the election in this quarter failed to take the list for voting, only receiving the list sent by the head of the 68 quarter, without checking that it is correct or not.

When asking the one of the member of NLD office in this quarter, I also knew that not only my family members but also the 170 people of living in the same quarter with us were not in the list for voting and he replied that it had been informed to the commission of election from the bottom to the top.

Therefore, with an idea of sharing the news of the breach of the right of citizen, I post this message on facebook and want every one living in the world to know that we are losing the right of citizen in this election to be voted as the citizens of Myanmar.
